Directions from LAX to Ken Zeger's UCSD office:
From LAX:
Take 405 South and then 5 South.
Exit 5 about 10 miles before San Diego
at Exit 28 La Jolla Village Drive (2 miles after the exit for 805 - do not take 805!).
Turn right (west) on La Jolla Village Drive and go about 1/2 mile and turn right on Gilman Drive.
Go to Part 2 of directions below.
From San Diego airport:
Take 5 North. Exit after about 10 miles at Exit #27 Gilman Drive.
Go left (west) on Gilman Drive.
Go to Part 2 of directions below.
Part 2 of directions:
Go up the Gilman Dr. hill into the UCSD campus and stop at the
visitors booth to get a
parking permit.
Then continue along Gilman thru
campus (Gilman turns and winds many times with lots of stop signs) and
eventually turn left on Voigt Drive. Voigt will appear to hit a "T" in about
1/4 mile, but it actually continues to the right, which is where you should go.
In about 200 yards take a left into Engineers Lane (you will see parking
lots on both sides of you before the left turn).
Park in some available lot there in the appropriate space
or meter and then go in the big building (7 floors) on the left.
That is EBU-1.
My office is Room 6605 and you should see my name on the directory at the
